Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HomeAIDevices' smart home automation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Enrollment

Enrollment in our smart home automation services is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Service fees must be paid in full before the start of the installation.

Terms of Usage

Our smart home automation services are designed for residential and commercial automation needs. Clients are expected to provide access to their property and cooperate with our installation team. Any interference with the installation process may result in service termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All installation guides, smart home configurations, and service content are the intellectual property of HomeAIDevices. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Service Disclaimer

Our smart home automation services are designed to enhance your living experience. We do not provide electrical, plumbing, or structural advice. If you have concerns about your home's infrastructure, please consult with qualified professionals.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for our smart home automation services. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of service completion and before accessing more than 25% of the installed system. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service up to 48 hours before the installation date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the installation date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after installation has begun.

Limitation of Liability

HomeAIDevices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our smart home automation services.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of your home automation data. All personal information shared during service delivery will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our smart home automation services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
